·          PRINTED NOTES specially designed for CA Final Students will be provided;

·          50 celebrated case laws, 30 important specimen resolutions etc. will be provided;

·          Notes will be dictated while teaching, on students’ request;

·          Test papers will also be conducted on students’ request.

·          Additional classes will be taken on topics such as:- CORPORATE GOVERNANCE, LISTING AGREEMENT – CLAUSE 49 & NEW TRENDS IN CORPORATE LAWS.
